I went on the BKool Website where they mention that the latest firmware version is the 3.25.
I connect the device to the toolkit and it shows the version three.16 and says that it'south the latest and no update needed. I have the BKool Smart Pro, information technology'south non responsive, always has loftier resistance and I've spent money and time trying to sort it out. The customer service is likewise slow and they ever prompt me to read the website. I do as the instructions say, even asked friends for tips in case I'chiliad missing something, only still no result. I'm stuck with a trainer that doesn't work and this app doesn't help at all. Actually actually disappointing!

Lots of bug with the connexion. the worst are software updates which fabricated the trainer unusable as a ii% climb is like 8% and in a higher place five% is a wall. Practise not update. Never. Watts are not reliable. It's been years nothing has been fixed despite all the negative reviews on internet. They could just provide a link with all previous software versions so that you select the 1 that works considering they decided to make your home traîner obsolète. Even velodrome grooming isn't enjoyable.
